SMD Official What Are You Eating On Thread

Not a meat eater, but the steak looks good.....but I have to ask, why did you "tenderize" it? Looks like you got decent marbalizing on it, shouldn't have been too tough being a steak?

Firm believer in letting my cars do my talking!

You can't rush quality, it doesn't happen overnight. Quality takes time and dedication, but the end results more than pay for it.

I ate 9 enchiladas. Fucking 9.

I feel like my gut is being eaten out from inside.

And the fact more than one person agrees does not make it a circle jerk, it makes it a bukkake scene and you're in the middle ;)

Chick took 3 shots of Jager, and then, pissed in my mouth..

Grilled up some delmonico steaks from the 1/8 of a cow we got this year. Think this is the first time I actually grilled steaks, may be my 2nd time, but can't remember so if I did before they were so awful I erased them from my memory. Also had some leftover mashed potatoes my wife made the other day, and she made up some asparagus in olive oil, italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese.

Hit the steaks with some finely crushed sea salt and fresh ground pepper first and let them sit overnight. Then hit them with some grill seasoning we get locally.

Thinnest point on my wife's was mostly well done, mine was more medium as it was a thicker steak.
