Stitched
I would try to make the center console mostly outta wood then go from there, really makes things much easier since those can be a pain in the butt to do lol
Smoove
Fiberglass trimmed and sanded. so the subs could be test fit. This is actually more work than I thought it would be. But I am learning a lot. Screw an aircompressor, I use a leaf blower to get the dust out of the box Crappy pic, but the first layer of bondo is applied. I used to much hardener so it went on thick so I have extra sanding to look forward to. And no more work will be done until next saturday. My vacation is over and now I have to go back to work this week 2 Team Fi 15's v1 2 DD M5's 970amps of Alt 6th order blowthroughThe truck Blowthrough build : http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/155555-smooves-1996-chevy-ext-cab-c1500-slow-build/The 350z build : http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/170694-smooves-2003-nissan-350z/ My FB page https://www.facebook.com/pages/Smooves-Car-Audio-and-performance/719746144805343 Team Fi Audio http://www.ficaraudio.com/

Smoove
how are you going to keep air going back into the bed? Are you asking how I am gonna seal it between the box and the boot? I have thinking about that myself. I am thinking about making some sort of reusable rubber gasket or messy expanding foam. Call in and get it done lol. That box is turning out great. LOL!!! I wish I could call in. but next week is training outta state.
