She is your daughter may not be by blood or DNA. You have raised her from birth good sir that make you her father and she is your daughter. If you are on the Birth Certificate you should have legal matters into everything. Stay strong. I know that is hard to do since I am not in your position. Well my results came in and my daughter who is 5 yrs old turned out she isnt biologically mine.... I honestly havent ever felt pain this bad. My whole life shattered in front of my face when the test results read 0% chance :'( Sorry for the rant Im sorry to hear that man, I agree with everyone else though..5yrs old and YOU have raised her.. not whoever the biological "father" is. .....maybe you can figure out a way with your ex that you can still see her, or at least get some photos... (not sure how bad the realtionship is, guessing pretty bad for custody battle) It would just seem wrong to remove a girls only father figure from her life....
