P4killer_
Yea I did all the wiring first also, its just the way the wire wants to be pulled out of the terminal from lying flat on the mounting surface and then angling sharply into the amp. If I cannot get things to be 100% perfect, I may make some standoffs to mount the amp on to try and make the bend more manageable. jarrius
I have no issues with mine amp that has it. But it is a rf prime 1200 and the angle may be different. I just take the nut all the way out so i can see in the terminal and make sure the wire is all the way in. Also if your remote is coming lose try stripping more wire and kinda over lap it so the nut has more to hold on to.(worked for me and have no issues.) or use bigger wire Here is my amp and its terminals http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_34764_Rockford-Fosgate-R1200-1D.html 2012 Chevy sonic1xSQ HDC3 12 D2RF R1200d 140 square foot of Q-Mat(soon to be installed) 140.2Db sealed on the dash with TL 142 DB sealed on the dash with another meter (was dead on with the TL at a show i was at) 141 on music. strangeduck,on 02 Jan 2014 - 01:39 AM, said: when my car spins out i just put the car in neutral, turn in the direction i want to go and pucker my asshole

mothra
something I do, I use 1/4" MDF and make 2 pieces length wise so the amp can mount to the 1/4" pieces. this usually leaves enough space to put the wires under the amp cleanly while relieving some of the pressure from the wire at the terminal. if nothing changes, nothing changes You don't know what you don't know, till you don't know

tacomaguy1
I always thought they existed for the people that want the wires coming up from the floor to hide them.....But they suck either way That's why I agree they suck Team Flex Issues
Skullz
Use a few pieces of scrap under the amp to space it away from what you are securing it to so it has some room, and won't cause the same problem again. 01 Ford focus ZX3 Pioneer AVH-X491BHS PPI PC 4800.2 Morel Maximo 6.5" x2
