I should probably admit that I haven't bothered to check the current zoning but, I also haven't felt the need to, given that my shop is located on a property that was originally built as a new car dealership.

Based on my limited experience with real estate investing, cities tend more toward changing residential zoning to commercial rather than the opposite so I'm thinking I'm safe there, lol.

being zone commercial dont mean crap if he is driving around blasting his music past an apartment complex down the road which is most likely not zoned commercial..

Either way... story is full of shit... changed how many times from his first post to being an angry guy with a gun, to a guy that works for a city that wears a blue costume... to later in the thread is being said to be a cop..

are you that dumb and cant tell the difference between a person in a costume and a police officer, and if a police officer why bring up the word gun.

Oh, and driving around a residential neighbor hood blasting your music is not legal and usually a noise ordnance, and rather a dick move for not giving your neighbors at least a little respect, and any old basshead that has been in this a while will agree with this.

I do not see anywhere in the op's post that stated that he was driving around blaring music.

Only that that there was loud music comming from the shop.

... And from what I heard last weekend, the noise was most likely comming from the neighbor's boat that was playing the whole time I was there ... LOL

LOL.I got a kick out of reading the phrase under your moniker. Projection much?

My story never changed. The man was a cop. Cops wear blue costumes and they wear sidearms. If you don't understand how I can conflate a cop with a man in a blue costume I will be happy to explain....

It's very simple. I wasn't using euphemisms. I explained things literally. The man was angry so I said he was angry. Cops work for the city so I said he works for the city. Cops wear blue costumes so I said he wore a blue costume. I said he had a gun because (again) cops wear guns.

It's not too hard to understand. Really, it's not.
