I should probably admit that I haven't bothered to check the current zoning but, I also haven't felt the need to, given that my shop is located on a property that was originally built as a new car dealership. Based on my limited experience with real estate investing, cities tend more toward changing residential zoning to commercial rather than the opposite so I'm thinking I'm safe there, lol. If you don't understand how I can conflate a cop with a man in a blue costume I will be happy to explain.... It's very simple. I wasn't using euphemisms. I explained things literally. The man was angry so I said he was angry. Cops work for the city so I said he works for the city. Cops wear blue costumes so I said he wore a blue costume.
