O ly had to get wood because I had plenty left from the previous box. My next box will be for 2 15s and ill brake 100 maybe 150 for it. Going all out on that box with wooden dowel bracing, double baffle, better wood glue, sanding, painting, and might go with tnuts for mounting the speaker. t1500bdcp 2 t2d4 15" 1 t600.4 1 t400.2 1 set p1 tweets singer alt, tons of wiring, smd vm-1, 80prs, back seat delete, still in the works, aiming for a 145-147 with the ability to play 25hz up to 50hz. Ivan from entrend (or something like that) he's one of the guys from xponent The wrapping wasn't that great considering he does interior for cars. For the 500$ y'all pay for a box you could have built it 4 times with that much money. With spare wood left over and an increase in wood skills. What type of port? 4th 6th slot? Type of wood? baffles etc etc etc etc. A box for 2 8s could become more expensive than a box for 2 18s.. all based on material and finish. The port was an exhaust fan duct and a quikrete tube I got from my job. I was gonna buy one but after a very wise member here told me it isn't as hard as I make it sound plus I got all the tools and time so I said fuck it.
