I dont see any reason that when an older sibling or baby sitter is trying to remove a child from a situation that it's right that someone can run up on somebody and attack them from behind then hit the child. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals. There's no denying that scenarios like this happens daily, but I mean with social media access and the fact it was posted on Facebook to share the Internet buzz isn't burning through to mainstream media channels.
