Yep that's all Sundown is offering on the X6.5sw for now is a single 4ohm voice coil. I heard talk they are working on a V2 of this little sub but I haven't heard any details on it! But being that it is single 4ohm coils my final Ohm load will be 2ohms how I'm wiring it and that's OK cause my amp don't care if it is 1ohm or 2ohm that's why I went with the RF T2500 It give's me the flexibility to play around with ohm loads! The Blue Print's that are further up will be hold down brackets for the wire so I can make sure they stay put and evenly spaced! bigmizzle99 Posted April 21, 2015 Report Share Posted April 21, 2015 Messing around with some wiring Ideal's, I'm thinking of using solid core 10AWG wire to wire all 8 of them up. I will use White & Blue color wire & bend them all to the same shape after I make a jig to bend them in so I can make sure they are all the same! I pulled my X10's out to get ready for the 8 X6.5's, and thought I got this old box sitting around so I'm going to sit it in there just to see what it would look like with 11 of the X6.5's sitting on it. WELL DAMN!!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE the way it looks !!!! Might have to go back to the drawing board just to recalculate some thing's!!!! I know I cant run 11 of them cause it would be a crazy OHM load but now 10 of them wired in a series parallel would give me 1.6ohms by my math! Correct me if I'm wrong on that, been awhile since I ran multiple subs!!!!! Would still be in a 4th order!
