Damn. Nice isometric drawings. I'm skilled enough in most CAD problems to be able to make shit faster than I can on paper, but most definitely an incredibly useful skill to have.

Thanks, I wish I was proficient enough for that to be the case (due to lack of practice). One of these days I'll dedicate the time, but I don't do it enough to be able to justify it. I recently purchased a 3d printer but just sent it back for a refund due to non functional parts even after an exchange so whenever I buy another one I'll probably sit down and force myself lol

Fan shroud fits now. And fans mounted.

Got a plan to mount the radiator securely and actually fit the big fan!

We got this done and are about to get back to it, going to work it for another 8+ hr lol

Made a cradle for the radiator:

This should be a little beefier than the factory cross member we removed! Same 1 5/8, 1/4" wall tubing I used for my stripper pole.

Almost ready to start welding the frame together for the cap bank so I should have a bunch more progress to show soon!

What do you guys think?

About to head over to my testing spot to meter my buddy's series 6th order I'm helping set up (his tuning is quite a ways off from what I told him due to some factors he didn't take into account). We changed the front chamber tuning a bit to get it closer to where it needs to be but still about 10 Hz from where I want it. The small change made a hell of a difference already though!

Still gotta run his truck on the magnum when we have more time but not bad considering he's wired to 2 ohm with the amps strapped, so probably not even seeing 4k after rise.  Also no deadener, cracked windshield and wall isn't fully sealed off yet.

Look at that bandwidth, within only a few tenths throughout the bandpass lol.  Can tell he's at a wall and the truck is depressirising.  Probably won't see gains until we address the cause. This one is my favorite:

3 tenths off of peak even at 27hz.

These were driver window open at the dash. We did a sealed number and it was like a 149.6 at 37hz lol.

Anyway, back to work on my build. Should have some more progress to post soon.

"made a radiator fan base"

"making beefier brace than factory"

OH THE POSSIBILITIES!!!

That brace definitely going to be strong, I love when people install batteries underneath like that, it's free bonus room, thats what i think 9since you asked).  Whole truck was insane before, why stop there, LOL
