Autruche
If you're buying used, the money stays here in America. And besides, Chinese cars have less 'made in China' parts than American cars do nowadays. American cars were where it was at like 20 years ago, but they need to get a little better quality nowadays. Japanese cars are getting bad now too, they are making more big ass boat like cars and they are almost all automatic now. Basically if you want an actual quality car, you pay out the ass to get one nowadays. Need Test Tones/Sine Waves? Mr. Darkjustice
i drive a ford fusion, and ill put it like this. i got sideswiped/t-boned( little of both based on the angle of impact) by an oldsmobile bravada doin 75 in a 35, with me doin 30, and he hit me twice to on my passenger side of the car towards the middle . one initial impact and another before makin his getaway. anyways the car took some hella damage, $7,000 before labor, and was still driveable. that to me makes that sum bitch a trooper and why i drive american Fusion With A Stetsom 4k2d on 2 DC XL 15s tuned to 31hz and Subs and ports forward The Revolution Was Not Televised But There Is This Thread(clicky) Dr Merkenstein is my 360 gamertag and my profession. skittlesRgood
Ill only ever drive a US truck/car rather give work to the usa then to japan thats kinda funny. a big ass toyota factory closed down in my home town costing tons of americans their jobs. to me, the maker doesnt mean much. i look at the car. if i like it, its practical for me and it gets good reviews, thats all i care about. If I answered you in a well mannered, informative way, you asked a good question or had a good attitude. If I was an asshole, you asked a stupid question or you had a fucktard attitude... or I was in a bad mood. STEvil
Doesnt matter what you buy this days, they're pretty much all plastic or riced out for the respective target market/audience. I own a 1990 Dodge W250 (3/4 ton) 4x4 pickup with a Cummins 12v motor. Dana 60 front axle, Dana 70/ 80 hybrid rear. NP205 transfer case. 3-speed auto, 360,000km. Everything on that truck is built for abuse, though the frame is a bit flexy.. edit should also mention I also own: 1975 Ford F250 Ranger. Dana 44HD's, NP205, 4-speed manual. ??? km Previously i've owned: 1994 GMC Yukon 360,000km. 1996 Chevy 2500 390,000km. 1986 Toyota SR-5 Pickup with 22RE-T (turbo), 230,00km. MickyMcD - "Capable of making some serious trouser flapping volumes at where's-my-testicles frequencies, the Servo-Drives used to be fairly jaw dropping..." Any time you have have a power wire next to your frame put some rubber hosing (or cut up an innertube) around it. The wire is bound to wiggle (due to driving or flex) and the casing will eventually wear through. Hammerdown... 1% no links to outside websites, business related FB/YT pages allowed.
