HAHAHAHA! Its like being a kid in Candy Land. Hundreds of thousands of watts sitting on the shelf and pallets of motors just waiting to be built. You want to know the best part? Nothing in the building pre built. All of it is assembled one at a time, one piece at a time right here in Reno. Every single spider is glued down 1 at a time, every lead is soldered 1 at a time. All of the cones are set by hand and glue by hand. No robots or assembly lines here.

Ok now this one is for everyone who doesnt know that the Level 5 has been TOTALLY redesigned. Left to right, you have the Level 6 coil(4"), Level 5 coil(3.5"), and XL coil(3" coil). Now to address I question that I constantly get and always see posted. Since this change was made to the Level 5, there is no such thing as a Level 5 upgrade or Level 6 upgrade for any of our subs. The Level 5 can only use the coil that was specifically designed for it. Same goes for the Level 6. The XL uses the best 3" coil DC offers. The Level 4 often gets a coil and suspension upgrade. The XL coil is the coil that is used for this upgrade, not the Level 5. The Level 5 coil is a 3.5" coil and physically will not fit any of the 3" coiled motors(Level 3, Level 4, and XL) Level 5 coil on the outside and XL coil inside. Level 6, Level 5, and XL Level 6 coil vs 2" coil

Firstly I like to thank Rusty for making us part of DC Audio Team. The demo is running 2 Level 3 subs on 2.0k amplifier with the enclosure of 7 cu.ft tuned at 32hz. We had a great show where DC Audio was launched. Install was done by us and a dear friend, a great Installer, Sound Factor, Mumbai. Someone mentioned price and why we are "charging so much" for x amount of dollars worth of materials. I deleted it. I will explain something though for those that don't understand. First of all, we didn't and tell anyone what the materials cost us. So you spitting out a number, about what we paid, when you don't know, is kinda a cheap shot. I will tell you guys this, we chose top of the line wire AND RCA ends. They are not cheap by any means. Then after you buy all the materials, there is building them, set by set by set by set......and someone has to do it, and they don't work for free. These are hand made, and not being mass produced out of China. Then you have the hand testing, and signed books showing results of every individual set. The books cost money to print, the paper aint free and the ink isn't cheap. The packaging costs money. Items being shipped from D'Amore, to me and me back to them. I have assistants working with me that help me do inventory, shipping, and the biggest one of all, getting it all on the websites. Everything costs money. So i think with all that said, our RCA's are pretty cheap for the QUALITY you get. why am i explaining all that? because everyone puts the price of what we do in materials alone but there is a lot more to having products brought to market then the rawest materials. Plus, we did NOT skimp and buy cheap stuff. Every part in EVERY product we use is the best we can source. thanks for your understanding in this matter :D

I just want to say to anyone who is put off about the price is to look into doing quality products yourself. Not only can good ends cost you a buck to 100 bucks EACH end, Quality coax or Twisted is difficult to find. There is an overload of crap wire in the market. I see it all the time in CCTV. just cause it looks the same, is called the same, doesn't mean it will perform the same. Nothing worse then running 1000ft of cheap and good in the same conduit, to see the quality difference be night and day on the screen. Yes, I did say 1000ft Then once you spend all this money for supplies, you have to take the crackhead time to solder them all together. Even if you think you are somewhat good at soldering, you will be challenged in a simple task as this. Hitting all those pins without having too much wire exposed, not getting the wire too hot to melt the inner jacket AND not getting the pin too hot and melting the support takes time, practice, and patience. I make my own rca's and trust me, Steve's prices are way cheaper then what I would charge

Turning it into a 4th could potentially be nasty. Depending how you seal off the rear ports, you shound have 5-6ft3 per side which is perfect for the XLs. Could really be nasty!

YES! I ACTUALLY NEED 6 FOR WHAT I WANT TO DO! Just when things got good, they got better. You, sir, are the bomb. the way i am planning it, you save $150 from MSRP and at least $90 off my MAP pricing (the price i am currently selling for). So ya its significant if you pull the trigger on a complete set. That should be enough to run Front, Rear, and Sub from your source up front to rear processor, then from rear processor to amps. I will have about 4 different combo's for each series before i am done and some will include 6' footers. Individually the price is what it is.........but if you buy a multipack, you will save some serious duckets

yea that's me! had 3 xl 18's, then ran two for a while, now 4 15" m2 XL's. ripping it out tomorrow for rebuild :-) no numbers

Here ya go for all you picture whores Here is the first coil I did yesterday before Rob let me practice. I still think it is better than his first though! This is MUCH better. Coil for a Level 3 15 that I built with Robs help. Level 2 12, this was actually the first sub I built today. MUCH easier that any other subs.
