ya, i guess that ungrateful asswipe purple syrup was trying to advertise on this forum and got shut down. People try all the time and get warned. It's not doing it, but it's what you do when you get caught that matters. He didn't like being shut down for attempting to advertise for free so now i am getting a slew of people coming at me about some shit i don't care about. Guys with little to no system, in a few cases not even a fucking car are coming in waving the flag for that "brand". Basically trolling hard. And when they get their feelings hurt, watch out! Nobody here even liked that guy but i let him stay. Nobody likes the guy but i put him up in the spotlight a few times. It's the thanks i get. Oh well. Dismissed and soon to be forgotten about. and i STILL don't care about whatever they were pushing. I know it's a good brand but i don't understand the trolls who have nothing going to war over it like it's that important. Who really gives a shit? LOL GOD DAMN. one more thing, there isn't a website or forum (that's worth a damn) in the world that will let you advertise on their site for free. Mine is no exception. I am in "hunter/gatherer" mode. I am ready to get started but every time i think i am ready, i remember i need something else before i can even think about it. I guess hunting, gathering, planning IS getting started if you think about it. It's time consuming and costs MONEY. The system is already worth 20 times the car but well, i DGAF! When it's all said and done it can come out and ill have a HELL of a system for another car Time to have some fun though and that's what this build is about. Got tons of Sky High 2/0 wire! Ordered up some 4 and 8ga as well as some nice OFC speaker wire for the doors. I have fuses, blocks and other nick nacks on the way too - all SkyHigh! Also, as you scroll down, you will see the DC Audio 90.4 amp that will run the doors. This is mainly going to be an SPL vehicle but it will have mids/highs for demo's - if it's worthy of a demo that is (when done). Some samples OFC and CCA. I won't be using any CCA though. Love the SkyHigh heat shrink.

as a thank you gift for designing and building a box for local guy running (4) 15 lvl5 and (2) 5k's. i was now the new owner of a couple M3 8" subs. So i figure what better what to show these off than throw them in my sons powerwheel. Here is the almost finished product. Still need to hook up the amp and headunit. but you get the idea Top view showing the (2) 8's and a 3" port and the seal of approval from my 4yr old after he helped me wire the subs Hope you enjoy

will it depress you even more saying i did a quick test on it, and it did a 161 at 38 hertz on a termlab with 800 watts. But that is the mic right outside the port. The box is way to big at 1.3 cubic feet. so i am going to drop it down to about .75 so i can get the frequency up to mid 50's and hopefully produce a better number. In Midwest SPL the meter is put 12" out of the port so i still have a lot of testing to do and get it dialed in

I do have something special in mind... it will pair with our 18" frame and be a stand-alone product only available as an 18"

You can get a ct7k, ns1 ab 750.1 etc for the same price or cheaper and they will all rape that rockford.so your saying 2 t2 12's on that 2500 would be louder and 2 zv4s on a ns1? How about 2 mayhems on an ab 750.1? 2 hdd's on a ct7k? Because all three setups I listed are in the same price range or cheaper as what you did, Rockford is overpriced for what you get

kinda turned into a vs thread i think but whatever. i run two sundown amps. i bought them used. they still work as of today. and im sure they will keep working for a long long time. they get warm but that is mostly my fault..... they sit in a 110+ degree trunk all summer in a black car with no AC..... and they still go ham on the n2s
