ok who has nothing better to do tonight except watch a 16 minute video of me working on this project? I put a lot of work into the install (and have more to do), i did a lot of this with one hand. I put a lot of time, thought and of course money into this. Also, a 16 minute video means i spent the last 7 hours editing. So please, if you have a flat screen TV with internet on it, pop in this video and watch it like a short TV show. I will try to keep the next ones shorter. The reason this one is so long is the items i installed and the process it took to do it wasn't really something i felt was worthy of multiple video's. If you watched, thanks!! I appreciate it!

SO after the wait I finally got my SA-6.5CSv.2 Component set today! I was so excited over it I took some pics opening them up! I will say this Sundown didn't cut ANY expense on these. They look amazing with VERY nice features! I'll just let the pics speak for me!

I know it isn't a crazy bass video lol - but i am trying to expand my horizons and do different stuff. I like to do new projects like this! the Van is being discussed......so you guys will get more crazy shit soon. For now, i wanna get this thing right!

Awesome -- hope you enjoy them! The new SD set is basically on-par with the old SA set -- actually it's basically the same mid (only with a stamped frame rather than cast) & same tweeter with a better crossover so it's a little bit of an upgrade. The NEW version fo the SA set has all new stuff =)

I will install them in Bis-Kwik tomorrow & test with them! I will post on the results

HA, I did the same thing with those fuse holder covers to get it to close all the way with the big copper lugs.

I sorta have 2 builds going at once...the Toy Hauler AND the F150. I am just getting started so it's nothing wild yet but these two builds are related during this current phase. Now for the pics. AGAIN: for this to make sense, click the link at the top of this post....i have a separate thread on the toy hauler battery bank install! the alternator is DEEP! I am going to put up a video and you will see. Sure am glad i have a lift though! Taking apart your vehicle for the first time is nerve racking. I don't know what i am doing but i am diving STRAIGHT IN!! The alternator is down there, somewhere. FTL. LOL look close, i found the positive post on the alternator! Can you see it? lol My favorite spot to grab an engine ground is right on the alternator bracket. It was a pain but i got it! Time for the big three...and maybe a battery upgrade.
