  1. Hi, First I would like to apologize for the experience you may have had. we want to make sure you are a satisfied customer in any situation. However, as far as the warranty is concerned, we are unable to warranty a battery if it has simply been used to its capacity. Unfortunately, people would like to take advantage of us if they knew anyone and everyone would be able to change out batteries for any given reason. This is why we have our return and evaluation policy in place. our policy is there to cover against manufacture defective situations. With that being said, I think the best course of action at this moment would be for you to charge the battery with the trick mentioned in a previous comment. a recovery charge from a PSC charger would be ideal. if the battery has only set for a short period of time, it is possible that you could bring it back. we would be happy to also do this service for you. we would just need to make an RGA. However, there is a possibility the battery is unable to be brought back and in that case you would be out shipping money to us and would have to purchase a new battery at a discounted cost. Please let me know if you have any questions about the evaluation or about any situation you may want to discuss. I would be happy to help. Here is all of my contact information Chris Miller [email protected] [email protected] 865-688-5953

  2. Already ate the D3400, then bought the S3400 from them as to get warranty. Whether is drained over a month or not, warranty that bish otherwise it will cost you lots of money (customers). look at what all the OP has bought from them and think about all the people gonna 2nd guess XS Power after this. I had one leaking battery i had to eat, then another one that they did warranty. Is their quality going downhill? Although I have run about as many XS Power as OP (couple dozen+). Because the OP realizes it was parasitic draw but because company told him how and what to buy to get warranty I tend to side with OP on this one. Did what they said to do, now eating 2 batteries, fuck all that shit.

  3. I get what you and everyone here is saying and like I said before I'm not blaming XS power. My issue is with the warranty here. They made it seem like I'd be covered in the future if I had issues if I bought the battery from them. As started by someone here autozone would probably swap it out without any issues. Regardless, I wanted people to know my experience with XS so they can learn from my mistake. Ive been here for a while now, and I don't I've ever b*tched about something like this.

  4. At this point I don't think it's xs problem I will say chevys to sometimes have parasitic draw. I own 5 myself and know this problem. So all in all I don't see an issue when it's probably the vehicles fault

  5. That's bullshit. If your truck was the cause it is likely you can recondition the battery and bring it back to life. Give it a like a 1 amp charge, it should come back if the truck drained it. I really hope an XS rep chimes in here.

  6. Manufacture replied so Im locking this. Gunnem you dont even have our teamspeak server ip, you just asked for it a couple weeks ago. Further more I find it highly unlikely Steve would go in details about his day to day missions with you. Your full of crap, so Im deleting your post.

  7. Chicken gets drunk and plays the stereo for who knows how long with the vehicle engine off, walks away from it with the key still on. Even though he just has to plug a cord into the truck and charge it he never does. He does not care, if its broke he says here is the money, sends it to Steve on a flatbed truck and fixes it. So please get your facts straight before you start a rumor mill about something you dont know.

  8. they must of misunderstood you when you called last time... there is nothing wrong with the battery to honor the warranty it is technically neglect to not make sure its being charged and not drained to the point of what you said 6 volts your fault not the batteries or the companies .. yet again someone else blaming the wrong party

  9. But that's not the point he is making. He's already said that he understands that there is probably a draw somewhere. He's saying that his customer service experience was bad. They told him to buy the s3400 from them so it would be in warranty after he described his situation and when his s3400 died they didn't hold to the warranty they said would be with this new battery. He's not blaming XS for the battery being dead.

  10. Its odd to see max post something like this and also odd to see xs not honor warranty. They have honored warranty to people that have bought used batteries that had been a few years old

  11. You definitely have an issue with your truck and a parasitic draw.

  13. I left something plugged in on my bank and it drew 30 amps for 168 hours total and my batts were down to .6 volts for the whole bank. Threw it all 12 batts on a 25 amp charger for a day and a half and actually they sit better now than they did before. If I were the OP I would throw it on the PSC 60 and watch it come back. If not I'll be happy to purchase your "dead' batt

  14. I'm not going to comment much on your issues with XS, that's between you and them and they should have at least talked a bit on what possible issues could be, but going from charged to 0.6v in 3 weeks tells me something is draining the hell out of your batt. Something is staying on when you turn it off and you are for sure going to have this issue whether it's and XS, juice box, or any other brand.

  15. Are you SURE there's nothing wrong with your vehicle that killed the battery so quickly? I'd be taking a look at that first and foremost. Or go to the parts store and buy one and leave it sit for 3 weeks and see what happens. The kid making minimum wage behind the counter of the parts store won't give you any trouble honoring warranty on a 3 week old battery regardless of what you did to it.
