  1. Appreciate it man. Good on you for keeping this thing up to date!! Bravo!
  2. No these are not available. They were never produced for sale, only the couple prototypes. There's another thread on here somewhere where Steve states that the costs compared to the demand doesn't even out.
  3. It's good in my opinion, but having never used any deadener until today, or any butyl based products at all for that matter, I can't compare it to anything. It was easy to lay on the panel and the outer skin of the door, but the inner skin was difficult due to the components of the power windows. There were no issues with the butyl sticking though (with and without the heat gun, as it stuck to anything it touched. I didn't use my heat gun on the door, just the panels. I think it's a good product
  4. Got started on deadening the doors today after doing some errands. Didn't finish the drivers side door, but this weekend will hopefully finish it off. I realize that 72ft^2 isn't as much as I thought... Doing the doors and the door panels used up almost half.
  5. I will. Hopefully tomorrow I can get started on the deadener. All depends on what time I leave the ship. And I need to redesign the amp rack to fit the 2-channels. everything will be a complete rebuild.
  6. Great buy from him, he shipped it out shortly after payment, and these AudioQue 200.2's are in amazing condition. Thanks again man. Sorry I couldn't confirm their arrival sooner.
  7. So here we go: Two boxes of Q-Mat (18 sheets). Looks like it got a little hot during shipping... Note to self: do not order sound deadener in the summer time. Two tweets Two 6.5 PA's And the two 2-channels from dolarbilz Great buy from him, he shipped it out shortly after payment, and these AudioQue 200.2's are in amazing condition. Thanks again man. Now, the hard part will be having the time to install/build everything. And the space to work. We'll see how it goes, might be a while before I have it completed. For those tuned in, appreciate the love. It's hard to enjoy a build log with no box build yet in an SUV that isn't going to be walled and only has two 12's. Time to get to work this week though. My free time will be very limited for the next few months for sure.
  8. Eight days underway, and I come home to goodies from soundqubed and dolarbilz pics to come after I take a real shower and enjoy the comfort of not being in uniform again
  9. Buy, build, listen, rebuild, listen, buy, rebuild, repeat.

  10. At this moment I have 2 PA mids rated for 100wrms and 2 soft done tweets rated for 30wrms running active off of a 90x4. How much power is actually going to them? :shrugs: but it keeps up with my two 12's wired for 2600wrms on most songs, some songs it's too much for the 12's, others it's not enough. Placement is more important, and what speakers you use. Not all songs are created equally, so sometimes there's more or less output in certain frequency ranges.
  11. Welllll just pulled the trigger on my first order of sound deadener ever. 72ft^2 of SoundQubed Q-Mat. Also bought two more of their PA's and their soft dome tweeters. Gonna redo the doors. Two 6.5's per door, one AQ and one SQ (two total) tweeters in each A-pillar, drivers side aiming at passenger, and vise-versa, powered by my AQ 90x4, one per channel. Each door will be powered by a AQ 200.2, since I just bought two off of dolarbilz. Mids and highs will have PLENTY of headroom at 4ohm each per channel. Now I just need to buy some more wire, 1/0 to 4ga inputs, some Y-splitters, and wood for a new enclosure at some point. The wife is NOT going to be happy......
  12. Sometimes on channels 2 & 4 on four channel amps the signal comes through the negative terminal. Try that. That's how it is on my AQ 90x4. I think it even has that in the DD-1 manual as a trouble shooting step.
  13. anyone have the WinISD .wrd file for the SoundQubed HDS312D2? I copied the parameters from their site but WinISD says its invalid, and then force-closes when i click "create".

Cool thanks man. I should be able to adjust it I think. I'll take a look when I get home today

  14. Seems to be a lot of butt-hurt due to lack of patience lately. "No one answered me fast enough, wahhh".

  15. Cool. Good to know. I ask because I don't know. Especially about diesel. That's rocket science for me.
  16. So why would 250A @ 800rpm from the 370 be a bad choice for the diesel?
  17. Just get the 370 elite and you'll be golden for a few future upgrades when you decide you want more power
  18. Much appreciated. Should be back the following week for sure in the chance I'm unable to access the site next week. Thank you for being awesome!
  19. Already have you guys liked on Instagram and Facebook, check the website regularly afraid to push the checkout button. Not sure if I'll be able to respond promptly next week when the winners are chosen if I happen to get lucky (due to shipboard things), so how long will you guys wait for a response from the winners?
  20. Possible shorter lifespan. But that's more likely if they sit without use/charge for days at a time. In a daily driver, don't worry about it, but it still wouldn't hurt to replace the stock with a similar AGM battery
