There is a load to half the channels. And its only for 5-10 seconds at a time. Do you think the current draw through the power wire will be less than if all four are hooked up? If I had a clamp I would test it.

Not running a dedicated sub amp, I gotta push the limits of the rules. No signal in, nothing out, no power needed. Am I way off, here?

If I disconnect two(front) of the four rca's, will the amp draw less current because it doesn't have to amplify a signal on from those two? Like for burps only. (Sub on the rear channels). Trying to fuse down as much as possible.

Sundown 200.4, stable 1 ohm stereo, 2 ohms bridged. I wouldn't doubt it could do 1 ohm bridged. Beast fucking 4-chan.

Try to find a used Kicker zx1000. I had a pair of type r 12's on one, perfect combo IMO. They didn't like the zx2500 tho LOL.
