the suspension on SA woofers aren't so special that they require special break in procedures. just slam full tilt out of the box. the less power you feed them, the longer it will take for the suspension to loosen.

there is a reason why companies dont make 18" low powered woofers. one, partly, is because there is no market for it. two, why would you want a big low powered woofer? you can get an 18" hdc3 for like not even $100 more than an sa-12.
