      Its not the forum but some rather big outages which is causing traffic to get redirected longer ways to the data internap which leads to longer load times.

    i am saying to have windows run msi in its compatibility mode

    what power supply this uses 208 watts at stock settings try locating msi open properties run in compatibility mode for windows 8.1 same with ai suite found these to help my system speed up a lot ( i am on windows 7 64bit so this might or might not help) try reinstalling AMD CCC and msi these might or might not help you diagnose your problem
