Why is the back slanted? Does that mean you are doing rear firing? If so; I say flip it around, make all the corners sqaure, and just make a couple trim pieces to fill in around it.

Wait the front of back of the box needs to be slanted? I'm confused on whether you want it front firing or rear firing?

Dude, I used to do my own solo project from home and record it all myself. I spent more time trying to get the highest quality recordings for free than it would've taken for me to just buy some good software. Trust me, I ALWAYS work on a low budget. Lol. The rendering and and animation capabilities of inventor are the best I've ever used! Haha I once started a rendering the day before thanksgiving break and set it up and set it up on a delayed start so the teacher wouldn't hear the computer fan about to explode the thing got so hot. It was a stupidly large hi quality picture. Somehow the teacher found out and he got pissed at me. Had to talk to the principle about it and he was annoyed until he saw the picture that came out. It looked like a straight photograph. Anyways, got off the hook because he was so impressed. Haha good times... Come to think of it it was only a picture of a wheel or something like that, wish I had a copy of the picture though. /End Thread Jack

glad you caught it before it got worse! I'll keep this in mind, -
Hey I just wrote a tutorial in the last 2 days that is for questions exactly like this. If you check it out you should be able to get a starting idea. Thanks! Here is the link: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/145174-ported-box-design-a-tutorial/

You should be able to figure out how to make a cube with the outside 15 x 15 x 15 yourself. Come-on man! 4 that are: 13.5 x 14.25 2 that are: 15 x 15 If you couldn't have figured that out in your head, draw a quick picture and it should be pretty simple.

Cutting and manipulating plexi.
mttornquist replied to Pasta Prime's topic in TOOLS and TESTING Devices
In my experience a lot of sanding and a buffing wheel can get the edges looking real shinny! You can also flame pollish it with a blow torch but it is more tedious and it is easy to boil the edge of the Plexiglas of you hold the torch for too long. Ps. Plexi is a bitch to get a good bend out of. Thought I would throw that out there -
What kind of wiring do you have for it? I'm planning on 4 gauge power and ground. Do you have big 3 done? Much voltage drop? what's a big 3? i'm a noob Upgrading the cables from 1) alternator to bat + 2) bat - to chassis 3) engine block to chassis Here is the tutorial: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/13280-how-to-do-the-big-3-tutorial/
