ALPINE408 Posted June 13, 2012 Report Share Posted June 13, 2012 el oh el well he's bean beat to death, so he had a bad coil as he said. so he could not compete the circuit makes sense but that means you did not wire to .5 ohms and played fine if a coil is bad, You actually said 2 coils down so guess what you playing around 1 ohm or higher depending on how the other coil blew out. i have seen them just read dead on a dmm or reading a crazy high ohm plus it must not be loud at all or sound like total ass with some coils blown just saying Have you ever had your woofers blown?
