You can go to Heavens-Above.org and selecft your location then click on Visible Passes for ISS for your location. Then you can click orbit on the top right and see a moving map (top right) of the orbit if you keep refreshing every few minutes. I've used the sightings chart to see the ISS pass over me, very easy to see on a clear night, fast moving bright object.
