I'm SO fucking grateful of them to let me live with them. Average 3 bedroom 2 bath homes around here are 90k. Hell if I could save out 30k over the next 3 or 4 years, I'd be doing great on a 15 year fixed rate. Or I could build a shop with living quarters like I really want to... Only things my dad and I can't do are concrete, HVAC, and the actual shop itself. The rest isn't an issue to us. I want to split it up a bit so I can put the savings in other things aswell. It'd be pretty kickass to be a full on homeowner at 30. No payments on it other than electric and gas. Would LOVE to have a well with a stand alone purification system... them bastards are expensive to have drill though. Broke_Audio_Addict Posted March 25, 2015 Report Posted March 25, 2015 The thing with geo thermal is it isn't available everywhere so you have to get all kinds of surveys and stuff down to find out if it's a viable option. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.
