sundown hate

I noticed the same hate when i gave Christian a new Skar VXX 15 to flip for $ on FB.

Some of the comments on the brand were "Cheap", "Weak", "P.O.S", "Gay" mostly 18-20 yr old crowd.

What do they know? Really? Did you use a prefab box, or a Boss amp to power it??

Are these comments from personal experience or hear say passed from one idiot to an other?

Anyway, curious about this brand hate thing as well.

Same thing as Hugh posted above, except applies to Skar. The owner is a douchebag, and pretty sure a scammer also. Skar is essentially sundown.

Don't care for the overprice either. Theres a point where you pay for what you get, but sometimes too much is too much. Guess if people are idiots, then let them be. More money for the company.

I run Sundown subs and will hopefully be selling more of their products soon. I think people have a perception that those that run Sundown are snobs or think they're better than others. Jacob has been very pleasant to deal with and Sundown as a company seems impressive.

I'm running Sundown & I had one of my X's spider come apart, Called them up and they told me I had an earlier version of the X's and the glue was failing. They had me send it back & they sent me one of the newer one's. They didn't ask me any questions about how much power I was running to it or any thing, so I've been happy with there customer service also when this happend I was going to the (Turn Down For What show) that weekend & they told me if I didn't recieve it in time before the show they would bring one to the show for me! It helps me they are like an hour away from me!!!! As well as one of my ALL time favorite brand's Rockford Fosgate any time I've had a question about there stuff even if it is OLDER product they have always helped right on the spot! There customer service is top notch as well in my opinion! Only one I've had any issues with back in the day was Memphis, It took them over a month to respond and they didn't even really help me with there response!

As soon as you use a brand that someone else has or is thinking about, the messages/questions roll in by the dozens... So, in a way, i know it doesnt directly reflect the product, but it is a deterrent.

The salesman are human. I work in customer service and sometimes I have bad days where my service is not on level 10. But anyone who knows me would say I am genuine nice person.

And pricing in going to go up the closer our beloved products get to main stream or Comercial. Hell a year ago I never heard of some of products you guys rock everyday. But had spent thousands of dollars with JL trying to get loud. I wish I still had that money!! But in my opinion Sundown is the closest "underground" product that be coming a house whole name.
