Call Mechman but I would change the pulley back, it's that size for a reason. I know that it is smaller than stock. weird you have belt slip though, I had Mechman 370 Elite in factory place for a year and no slip then a DC Power dual bracket with the Mechman and no slip then the DC Power dual bracket and factory alt for a year and no slip. Maybe need new tensioner? smaller belt? IDK..... I used gates belt also

They are SUPER boring to read unless you have skin in the game. That being said when you are trying to protect your ass the fine details is also what saves your ass!! When did chevy start using a aluminum block in the 3/4 ton gassers 6.0 instead of the 6.0 iron block?! I am not talking the Denali 6.0 that was upgraded to the 6.2 Not talking about the 6.6 either Talking about the 3/4 ton gas 6.0 liter Being serious, does anyone know???
