Its definitely some certain spots but almost all of Chicago was fucked up in the 90s. The north side of Chicago is nice as shit and it used to be terrible. I get more nervous in the south suburbs.

I was messing with him telling him to go to a strip club and to make sure he had singles so he could make it rain.
