check to see if there is a modified steering rack for your vehicle.. i replaced my 93 talon TSI steering rack with a base model ESI 1.8l steering rack to get rid of the pump/assembly and was able to turn just fine at low speeds

Either add an idler pulley, or change out the steering rack.  But if it were me, I'd try to add the pulley.

If so, I'll make a formal for sale thread. If not, I probably won't bother lol

I'm a little late to this but my mom had a pretty severe stroke after having a severe heart attack. She is as recovered as she'll be, which means she does require oxygen (due to her smoking for 40+ yrs) and she has trouble speaking at times. But fully able to move, walk, do things. Early forced retirement on her. When I first saw her, it was too much for me to handle. She couldn't talk period. All she could do is nod her head yes or no. Imagine, a 56 year old lady that can't t...
