    Anybody know what kind of numbers Alphasig's F-150 was putting up with the 6 18's?

    You know what I like is the fact that he actually showed not only his numbers but what made those numbers. Most of the people now hide everything and don't care to show anybody how they achieved their numbers. Jacob just earned cool points with me

    Its weird you said the amp wasn't hot when you checked it because those amps are notorious for getting hot. I had one I bought brand new and even in a spot where air flow wasn't a problem and not playing it full tilt it would still get hot.

    Whats the best alternative for externally regulating alternators? I have had 2 of the Transpro blue boxes stop working and one started smoking. Down to one now so only one alt charging the battery bank for now.

      The last one that went out was running 2 alts before it decided to start smoking LoL. Now im down to one which Im trying to make sure it didnt kill an alt in the process

    You should probably put on your own shows man.Thats kinda where I was when i got here.They have a few shows but its mainly bassballin and the turnout for those events was not that good. Last one I went to it was maybe 6 cars for spl and 2 or 3 for the car show portion. So now Im promoting IASCA shows here and have my 1st one next month. Planning on trying to have a show every month if I can get more shops involved. The next time you come out to Vegas let me know and we can get you walkthrough at Fi and let you here these Teams They should be playing here soon.

    I guess I could try and stop by one day this week.Im actually putting on an IASCA event on the 7th here so maybe I can work something out with Jon to put on a show at his place. Man I don't know what I would do in Alaska. Which is why I have yet to put it down on my list of places I want to be stationed. Maybe before I retire but not right now

      Yeah Im Air Force and I heard that before but I have met people who have asthma and still in some how. I think they lied on their App and then just brought it up later in their career.

    Anybody running install bay fuses? I got some 300amp ones and they have a solid core as oppose the the wavy strip my Knu fuses had. Anybody else has 300amp fuses with a solid core?

    My 9k hums when the DD-1 shows distortion.So if your amp is humming then that mean your hitting the point of distortion. The amps gain is only there to match the amps output to the source unit. So if you have bass boost turned up or your line driver turned up then your amp wont need to be turned up much to match the input signal.

    Why is the name of the topic 2 Level 6 18s? Maybe you should have made the title something else that pertains to you wanting help building an enclosure and posted it in the right section. Have you even purchased the equipment for the build yet?
