So here is a suggestion on the new dims port/sub front or back firing: Enclosure Specifications: Fb = 37 Hz Vb = 6.397 ft^3 Subwoofer Mounting = Flush Mounted External Height = 16 in External Width = 39.375 in External Depth = 26 in Port Width = 6 1/8 in Cut List: * All Dimensions in Inches. * Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts. External Enclosure Parts: 2 x Front & Back (3 parts) = 39 3/8 x 16 Left & Right Sides = 23 3/4 x 14 1/2 Top & Bottom = 39 3/8 x 23 3/4 L Port Internal Assembly Parts: Front to Back = 15 x 14 1/2 Let me know any quesions.

That amp will work ok, and yes they have the 6" PVC in Lowes, there are also ready made stuff from parts express if have some extra $$$ not that expensive.

Unfortunately sensitivity is measured at 1KHz, high sensitivity subs perform well in huge boxes.The only way to vaguely determine which sub has potential for loundess is through modelling (using all the t/s parameters), use the free WinISD but then... it ignores completely the cabin effects inside your car, need better software for that.

Guess 3 cubes per sub will be good if your amp is strong, the two rod dowels as well as the double baffle are very important. Use flared ports thats also very important in this case. Let me know any questions. BTW nice subs for the money.

I've got [email protected] which is about right for those subs, displacement was set at 0.2cuft per sub. For a 33Hz tune change the port to 5" wide and 17.25 deep, add a second baffle on the top of the existing one and add top to bottom crossbracing (a couple 2" diam wood rod dowels) between each two subs. Those would be my suggestions.

A Torres snap would let me see better, I really don't know how you figured out that design.

The box should spec at 14cuft@35Hz the subs displacement is not listed. As always port area per cube should be 12-16.

4 cubes seems a bit large for a 12 don't you think? It says "port them"

Yes you can do ported very well on that space with 3 4" aero ports (flared), ports/subs in the same face front firing is suggested, take a look: Enclosure Specifications: Fb = 36.048 Hz Vb = 4.128 ft^3 External Height = 13 in External Width = 30.25 in External Depth = 28 in Cut List: * All Dimensions in Inches. * Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts. Minimum recommended PA/Vb is 9 for aero ports, best way to know is using WinISD free software, Port Mach below 0.05 is best. Without telling which subs can't say.

It's within spec but on the short side, 2.5 cubes minimum per sub 3.75 max, depends on the power you are driving those, for rated 3.75 is probably best if you are going to overdrive them then a smaller Vb is better, with space 3.2 per sub would probably be what i'd have aimed since subs hit the lows better with more airspace. Your configuration is not standard, so no sketch right now.. see if with some time I make some simple one for you later, if you want to give up some more depth let me know.

So here is a design suggestion for a ported box, subs firing upwards, port front or back centered: Enclosure Specifications: Fb = 32.026 Hz Vb = 16.622 ft^3 Subwoofer Mounting = Flush Mounted External Height = 29 in External Width = 42 in External Depth = 32 in Port Width = 8 in Cut List: * All Dimensions in Inches. * Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts. External Enclosure Parts: 2 x Top & Bottom (3 parts) = 42 x 32 Left & Right Sides = 30 1/2 x 26 3/4 Front & Back = 42 x 26 3/4 L Port Internal Assembly Parts: 2 x Front to Back = 17 x 26 3/4 Let me know any questions. EDIT: Note that this is on your max dims but need to be at least 3 cuft per sub, seems to me that these are space wasters, I would probably look into other stuff also. -
Post the maximum dims you have available and yes you can go with aero ports in some cases.

External Enclosure Parts: 2 x Top & Bottom (3 parts) = 37 x 32 Left & Right Sides = 30 1/2 x 13 1/2 Front & Back = 37 x 13 1/2 L Port Internal Assembly Parts: Front to Back = 17 x 13 1/2 2 rod two inch diameter dowels top to bottom need to be put near the center and between the subs, their displacement has been considered. Need to know what sub or subs are you going to use, assume you want ported box? -
If you don't have the time to research further the the suggestion I gave you will be acceptable for a daily setup, if you had more space I would use it, you are at about 3.3 cubic feet per sub. These are 1,5KW rms subs with high peak to rms ratio so crossbraces are necessary as indicated in the design post, if you came by more specific infos like t/s parameters that would help to confirm the performance of the design would be great.
