well its kind of a dumb question..im sure building a system to do best in a class and be the best it will make anyone happy.. plus if you are building to be in a class its because that's what makes you happy. if it didnt people wouldnt do it

At the end of the day... you're gonna be the one listening to it every day. You gotta build it so that you're happy with it. You may have a comp once every 2 weeks, you have to live with it the 13 days in between comps.

Well im offically a glorified garbage man for texas state university under work study at their recycle center. I guess if it gets me $$ for bass then who cares?

Well 1700 more dollars till I got my system the way I want it for now. That is until I make custom door panels or wall it. Lol so your damn right im gonna get a job and make it happen!

Its kind of a conflicting feeling. You STRIVE to get higher voltage full tilt, and then when you do... You feel like you need more power to have better use of the voltage. #NeverEndingCycle

Why is it that everything on my car not done by myself is broken after a couple short months? Good thing I got a refund on my box, and I checked all of my connections. Or I'd have a burnt down car and a bad box!

I think maybe it's time you start to learn to do your own stuff. Just sayin, I don't trust anyone to touch my car, thus no anxiety of worrying about if someone else fucks it up or did it wrong. if I fuck it up, or do it wrong, I chalk it up to a learning experience and learn from my mistakes. I mean if you know enough to know what's done right and no right, then why are you going to others to have your stuff built? Just something to think about.

Only thing i dont trust yet is my box building skills. Another BHE box should do it justice.
Id like to learn one day. But I dont have the tools to do my own and i dont have the concrete knowledge of I GOT THIS SHIT in me yet. Ill have to mess up a box or two before i get decent im sure. But until i get the equipment, ill have to just get boxes built and do the rest myself.

assuming this testing is on the 14 v bank... Combined big number ill say 3,920 total watts at 1ohm. In for results. Remember people. Share and like this video on YouTube so we can get more amp test Tuesdays!!!! Edit.... Apparently great minds think alike snow.

I prefer the forward fire sealed method. I believe it does sound better. Plus..... I like to watch the woofer flex. If you do fire rear just deaden good and it will sound great

In for video. Ecrack prepaid to be critiqued by tony on those vids My dd1 has only tuned less then 15 headunits and less then 20 amps. 3 times were a redo on my own car for personal reasons. And I never charged a penny. I did ask for gas money one time and felt bad. More importantly in my situation it helped me set my equipment up RIGHT and it helped me make a few basshead friends. And in the past year those basshead friends have saved me over 150$ in audio deals when buying new stuff. New justification to buy a dd1?

Never use bad grounds people. Im offically in the 13+ volt club full tilt now. Changed my rear ground from some support bar, to my rear strut tower. 1.5v difference full tilt!

With those dims it looks like you would have just about enough for XL 15's to have a good size box they will like. I'm not sure about inverting them or not. It would depend on the surroundings.. If anything could touch them I'd go motor in... If you wouldn't ever have issues with something touching your woofers where they would be, then eff it. Motors out! Lol -

sk 2500.1 Dual Input Fusing

I did 2 250amp fuses. Because your fusing to protect the wire. Say one wire shorts out... My wire is good for 250+. SHCA 1/0 CCA. Your not fusing to protect from power (splitting the amp rating) your fusing to protect the wire from carrying too much or shorting
