Gotta love the mention of the second amendment. No shit it doesn't apply. "Body armor" as they define it, isn't mentioned AT ALL in the bill of rights. So now, I can't own a firearm, nor can I own personel projectile protection? Another step towards the battle between gov't and criminals, with law-abiding citizens caught in the middle. These people don't fear criminals but an uprising of the general citizenry, the true militia. I'd encourage folks to read some actual history about the American Revolution and see the way our forefathers used to handle tyranny. I assure you, these people in higher level politics read those books and know damn well what a militia is and what it's for.
