linear actuators...custom deck lid? then you only have to deal with the space to mount the actuator instead of the entire range of motion of the hinge.

EDIT: or just drop the top 1-2inches lower and gain back a little volume by moving the front baffle forward...(dunno if this is the same arguement that other peeps are making/direction you don't want to go in)

Just make sure the trunk lid hinge closes on the negative terminal.....extra point of contact to ground the amp.

the aa's are thicker but i think they are the same length. You dont understand how close my wires are. Lets just say to wire up both amps it took around 3-4 hours.. It was NOT fun! Imagine when they other 2 go in.. sigh
