Tieing the window frame together,  it is going to be most beefy!

Got my new window cranks. 

Going to use the splined adapter and weld a piece of aluminum tube to extend it, then weld it to one of the other adapters to connect to the crank handle

New door pins!

That's it for the night, had an 11hr day at work and only about 1hr of sleep and I'm shit lol.

Nope, plates are only welded to the cab

Prepping for assembly, Kraig jig and predrilling

 

 

 

This will take the guess work out of assembly. Once we start building it will go together fast and accurately

Didn't get a ton more done, but my new clamp for the jig broke, so we decided to just finish marking all of the places where we need to do those types of holes and do all of the actual drilling tomorrow after we exchange it.  We spent a couple hours mocking things up, taking measurements of what needs to be modified to fit and determining what panels need pilot holes.  I didn't manage to get all of the counter sunk holes done, but I got the bottom panel done. 

 

Kyle is coming by tomorrow morning and we're going to finish up the prep work and start assembling.
