Kyler96 and I have a friendly wager. Loser buys the winner a case of beer. We decided to let you guys get in on it too. I am going to be testing the DC 5k and 7.5k on the Amp Dyno over the weekend. Our bet is for which amp puts out the higher percentage over RATED power at 1 ohm and 14.4v in CERTIFIED MODE. I have the 7.5k and Kyle has the 5k. Now here is how you can get in on it. Post your guess on the COMBINED wattage OVER rated power(12500w combined) that these amps put out. If you dont think they will do rated power, you can guess a negative number as well. If anyone guesses the exact number, we will give you a DC Audio T-Shirt, Lanyard and Decal. If more than one person guesses the correct number, we will let Kyles wife pick a number out of a hat to choose the winner. You will be assigned a number based on the post number your guess is in this thread. We will pay shipping anywhere that a standard USPS flat rate box will ship. Happy Guessing!

I must be a serious audio-head. I got a pre-op EKG yesterday and when they showed me the paper all i could think of was whether or not i was clipping. results were perfect (under 1% THD, certified mode) - btw: surgery tomorrow, getting a non-cancerous lump removed from my neck. Im not a dick im honest. There are people right now dying for this thing to do rated. But as soon as it doesnt do rated it will be well it was close. Well it did good power for the money. Well im gonna upgrade anyways when I can afford it. Well I didn't really need it to do rated anyways. Wait and see. Good thing steve is starting on a 14volt system. It gives it a chance. If he did it on 12 volt batteries it has noo chance. Even though the people who run this thing dont typicsll have electricsl upgrades to support a sustained 14 volts.
