In a way, I don't blame Gains for not refunding him. Skax made a deal under false pretenses, which Gain obviously had no idea about until this kid tried to pull a fast one. If it were me, I wouldn't give you any of your money back, period.. You even asking for a refund is enough to prove that you're trying to burn someone. Not cool.1 point

Idk seems pretty clear. Big gains wad doing some work for skax. Skax didn't have all the money to pay big gains. Skax creates fake profiles and scams some random guy getting more money. Then with new money pays big gains. Now big gains found out about the scam and calls him out. Skax asks for scam money back. Big gains apparently won't send money back since he had used it already1 point

This is extremely hard to follow, the posts from both parties involved are very hard to understand. You guys really need to try to proof read what you're typing before posting so it's a little more clear and understandable. Both of you should try to explain your sides of the situation from start to finish, in a clear way. It's hard to tell if it is one big misunderstanding, or if one of you are trying to run a scam, or just slander.1 point

I saw the FB thread on this. It seemed premature at the point that I saw it to call scam. After reading this though, Jesus. Did he create a fake account on FB as well? I remember reading that the account was new and only a couple of days old. He az only charging $500 got the amp or something? Are we referring to the same situation?1 point
