EDIT: Or accessible from the rear doors (if you didn't seal the doors too) EDIT2: Or just have the terminals on the back of the enclosure, and wire from the subs to the rear of the enclosure lol

Also, the more port area, the less it controls the cone, so if you have too much port area, you can have unloading issues similar to having too big of box. Too small of port area and you can loose output and have port noise.

If he could fiberglass, than wouldn't it be possible to build the wall at a comfortable distance from the front seat, and then fiberglass from the B pillar in the gap between the B-pillar and seat? Would probably have to make damn sure there's clearance, but probably possible.

Make sure the magnets are in the ported chamber so you can smell voice coil if they're getting hot. T-Lines are very efficient, but they reduce the mechanical power handling of the subs.
