      Eh, as long as it didn't get wet and start turning colors, i.e. looked fine when you cooked it, it's likely fine. It's a dried good, it should last for a grip after the expiration date as long as it stayed sealed and wasn't contaminated.

    How will it not get full output? The lower the volume, the more gain will be needed. Overall output from the amp shouldn't be affected.
