Just rediscovered one of my favorite treats from my teenage years, a fresh ham & cheese croissant from the local donut shop. I hadn't had one since 1999 or so. Gonna be my new Sunday cheat breakfast.

I took all the emblems off my car and put a Bentley logo on the front grille. People really think its a Bentley. I call it the Chryembelini. Its a Chrysler with Bentley grille and Lamborghini doors

When put do the chops are you covering them at any point? Or just uncovered the whole process? Is there a food thread in here?

Sear uncovered, bake uncovered. I cover the pan with foil for 10 minutes after they come out, to settle the juices.
