    You sure you have enough depth? The sas are 6 or 6.5" mounting depth plus they need room for the poll vent plus lifted do sub doesn't hit floor. Also you'll be firing the subs down? If so you might run into cancelation

    4th order and 12s? depending on iff you can even fit that i suggest sa12s. it will be a small ratio in my opinion so more power will be needed
