That everyone thinks they Re an expert

Close-Minded Brick and Mortar Shop Owners. Just because you've been selling MMats and Memphis for 20yrs that doesn't mean everything else sucks, particularly any brand sold on the internet. Yea I know you've got to make a living competing against internet sales but don't bash a name like Sundown because you don't carry it.

Misconceptions and the arguments that follow from the "experts".....

List: #1 The kids who see your system and start telling fariytales about their friend's, dad's, uncle's system that defys basic sound physics. ie 220db #2 People asking you about good stuff to buy for under $100...no, this is not possible in car audio. #3 The shitty wiring kits from Walmart. #4 Trunks that rattle so loud, you think the guy was taking a jackhammer to his trunk. #5 10s are punchy, 12s are boomy...no. (what are 15s then?18s?) #6 People not understandingthe basics on how amplifiers work. #7 Ear-o-meters....uuuh yeah that a 190db at least bro. #8 Going to tweak my amplifiers and OH SHIT I JUST RE-WIRED EVERYTHING. opps. #9 Having to take it all out for winter. #10 When some one asks to "Play this song man" *plugges in their ipod* and its horrid qualtiy and its clipping.

Here's the F-ing problem we have in this hobby. No one wants to put in work. The guys who don't have money bitch about the ones who do. The guys with money think that if they just buy the biggest gear they can get, that they will somehow become so much louder. They never once put in the work to redo their current system to get all they can out of it. The guys without money would rather just sit behind a keyboard and bitch instead of going outside and work on making their shit louder then the guys with endless cash. Plus everyone wants to be internet famous. They seek all kinds of attention so they can justify what little they have done, and once they get their "fame" they cry everyfuckingtime someone hates on them. This isn't teeball. YOU DO NOT GET A TROPHY JUST BECAUSE YOU SHOW UP. Put the work in and then maybe get the respect when it has been earned. /rant

I have a dc audio level 4 15 m2 that is blown. I would recone it but i got a new truck and would rather go shallow subs. Is it worth anything without the recone?
