  1. as I said I'm sorry if I can't answer you everyday, right away. I know you have been a costumer from a while ago. however lately I've been busier than ever, cause I'm taking care of all the questions and inquires here at SMD, and I take care of our facebook page too, plus local sales, and some printing in our shop. and I do value every customer we get, but sometimes I'm just unable to answer everything right away. I know your order has been taken care of, and sometimes take a while to update you about it, but it doesn't mean that your order isn't in its way. I always do my best to be fair with every one, if an order gets delayed for any reason I always include gifts or partial refunds. somehow I feel like you think that I want to scam you or something, and trust me, it might take a day or two to get an answer from me, but have never and never will take money from someone and not ship what they asked for. anybody that knows me, knows that you don't have to make a video of something I sent you, if you don't like it, tell me and I'll refund all your money and even pay for return shipping. if you have any further questions or issues let me know and I'll try to answer you as soon as possible.

  2. Update! So far, i have shipped out a small handful. I am waiting on parts that were 2nd day'd to me and supposed to be here any minute so i can finish my orders. Well, it is 3:15 my time so it does not look like the remaining (about 20) orders will go out today. They should go out tomorrow morning and most of you got a call from Jay-bird this afternoon. Anyway, some of you DID get a tracking number today and this is what is coming. Every single unit is tested 2 times before it leaves. First by the crew in Arizona and then again, by me personally, after each adapter is soldered and assembled. I got this power supply with the cigarette lighter adapter on it JUST for this task It might seem pretty simple, a cigarette lighter adapter.....and it is. But times it by hundreds and it is a JOB. There is lots of pieces to the puzzle when you do these by hand. I personally am soldering each and every one by hand. I have been looking for an excuse to get some of these bins. I like these. Harbor Freight for $29.99 i think i paid Everything is time consuming in this process, all the way down to taking the little parts out of each individual bag and separating them.

  3. Check out the new case i got I needed something better then them just laying around everywhere, especially if i am going to show the products to a potential customer. The CD's and Instruction manuals are behind the probes and wires. I just need to get some nice little gain setting screwdrivers and i will be good to go. you guys have heard of the "Triple play" pack right? well this is the Grand Slam

  4. Not a bad idea. that would be a nice chunk of change for him to give that kind of thing away. Plus he won't just give his personal set out cuz later on these devices will be worth a fortune since they revolutionized the car audio tools . I wouldn't give them out if it was me cuz they will mean alot to me and to just give them out no lol

  11. Let me start out by saying that there is NOTHING wrong with the VCM itself. It works perfect. All digital readout's will suffer the same fate compared to our Analog LED volt meter. If you look, sure the readout drops to 12.9 at some point (ours drops to 12.8 ...but the thing is, ours already went up, then back down twice before the digital display decided to show you the voltage drop. its all pretty lights in the end, but if you like ACCURACY, ours is where its at. Watch and see.

  12. If I cut the cord is there also a remote wire? Or is it just a positive and negative wire? There is a remote wire by the looks of the pics - the white one

  13. FYI: feel free to cut the cord for custom installs - no need to worry about the warranty, we still cover any manufacturer related issues that won't come up!
