  1. There is a way to resize pictures by using a resizing website. I have not been able to figure out how to get good results with it though. My old tablet takes small enough pictures but only sometimes. Tuned in.
  2. The output should be whatever you put on the input. They are directly connected inside like a Y splitter.
  3. Try unplugging the rcas from the amp and see if it still does it. With the gain set high on the amp, it might be possible for the rcas to pick up an induced voltage from wires running next to it like the factory wiring or something. When you say static noise is it like an air sound mostly from the tweeters? This is caused by the gain being set too high. Is there anyone in your area with a DD-1? it might be worth buying one. The eq that I run has a pre amp in it so I can turn my gains way down low to get rid of this noise. Maybe the LC7 has an adjustable output, I don't know.
  4. Cool amp, thanks for doing a dyno video. What size are the terminal blocks? I just watched the video again. 4AWG
  5. Definitely check your charging voltage to make sure your alternator didn't run away on the output.
  6. My wifes nephew had a late 90s Oldsmobile (or something) that the alt ran away on. he said the headlights were really bright and he kept driving it until they blew. he drove it home and said the battery was boiling over. he put a new alt in and luckily it didn't fry the computer.
  7. If the alt is the same style as the stock one it might work. I don't know what modifications mechmen makes when they build. I would contact them and they might be able to send you the regulator.
  8. Back in Montreal again. Kronenbourg 1664 imported from France. One of my favorite blonde beers.
  9. I would put them on the wires going to the speakers for total power. If you had them on the same amp then you only got power for that amp -maybe.
  10. I would say that would be your total combined power because strapped amps work as a push / pull configuration or in series basically. So you would be able to measure anywhere in the circuit to get the power reading.
  11. Sitting all winter reminds me that I have two door kits sitting in the garage since last fall. lol I still need some for the roof. Thanks for the sale!
  12. Double check that the subsonic isn't set near the low pass. The numbers on the amp are not always accurate and if you set it between the numbers then it is a guess as to what it is really set at. I would turn the low pass up and the subsonic down to test. You can download test tones and play them to adjust the low pass and subsonic accurately.
  13. The thought of four super tweets makes my ears hurt. I wouldn't want to sit next to them. People do it sure but I would do four soft dome tweets.
  14. In Montréal on business for a couple of weeks. Picked up a six pack of Rickards Red. One of my favorites. Edit: Sorry for the crappy picture.
