    im looking for a good sub that doesnt weigh alot. was interested in the dss ethos but they weight about 62lbs each, which is to heavy for my application. i am wanting to run 3 10s and each 10 should handle about 1000 wt rms, amp is a ddm3b or would i be better off just getting a single 2500 wt rms sub and be content. I wanna keep space but weight is the key. everything in my trunk cant be over 280 lbs

    Really wanna go back to Fi subwoofers but damn.. Dss ethos is starting to really appeal to me.. Been reading great things.. Price point is pretty good.. An dammit they have layaway.. Can we say win???

      mehh, I haven't really seen them do anything revolutionary yet. I'd stick to what has been proven to be the best. There's a reason so many record holding builds run FI/AA.

    Mounting an amp infront of an floor ac vent.. Question is can an amplifer ever get to cold? amp is a Rockford Fosgate pbx 300x4

      uhm.. multiplication and division are pretty damn simple lol

      multiply dims in inches.. and divide produce by 1728.

      Make sure you take off 1.5in per dimension for wood displacement if using single baffle and 3/4"

    I just got my Xp 3000 battery and now I'm thinking I should have ran numerous smaller batteries vs 1 larger one..

      Manly cuz it's heavy as a bish.. Don't know how my cars gonna look after I drop it in there I got a 1200 for under the hood and a 950 as a lil supplement. For the 3000.. But I'm thinking I should have went with more 950s
