    so has this thread turned to tell Steve how to do his build? im pretty sure he knows what his doing.. he also said he dont have room to build different types of enclouser yet people keep suggesting different enclosures.. lets just sit back and watch him do work

    you will need at least 2 more batteries.. 16v batteries have much less reserve than a 12v battery..

    because the junk they have in stock is better than what i want walk in to buy fosgate amp and im told to get the hifonics brutus. its the same performance less money. its our top selling brand.. but i want fodgate.. why over pay for the same quality? i walk out the door and get online to buy.. could have save me the time and trouble.. online is more convenient too.. you dont have to spend hours online.. you can compare at your one pace and take a few days.. local its either get what they have or drive to the next shop for the same junk the other shop has.. aint nobody got time for that

      i stayed up till 2am and seen cops at that time.. took forever to get here. some gang members shot a man that has nothing to do with them.. graced his head and survived but his truck is all shot up

    how much smaller do i have to get the belt when i use a smaller pulley on the alternator?

      But it definitely depends on pulley size!!! not all underdrive pulleys are the same diameter

      could use a string to measure once you get the new pulley on, or if you're good with trig you could find out that way.

    i also see he has 1 run of 1/0.. thats not good enough for what you are running end even worse if its cca.. ofc do 2 runs cca do 3 runs of 1/0.. could be the reason you are dropping voltage and one run with no battery in the rear is harder on the electrical

    wait a minute. he keeps saying 250 amp alt but which is it.. it could be junk.. what company did you get your alt from.. your voltage shouldnt be dropping at idle with no music playing for electrical 1 d3400 up front and the d3100 in the rear is enough if the alt is a good one

    you can do either a crescendo bc2200 at .5 ohms or get a kicker zx2500 and run it at 2 ohms.. i think kevin was selling 4 of them at $450 shipped each

    i have had my dd-1 for 2 years, used it 3 times and battery still working like new.. it dont drain your batteries like other electronics

    why not wire it to the stock alt plug. sometimes you need a 500 ohm diode to trigger the alt.. just tap into the stock alternator plug and it should work

    might be wired at 4 ohms.. no way in hell with a brz sound like a soundown.. not even compares to a bc2200 either youre at 4 ohms and your box is a prefab

There is not a black car on the planet that will not be dusty after 1 hour of driving after a fresh wash. I don't care where you live. how the hell do you manage to keep it clean for that long

    d3400 + 2-3 d3100 and 2 saz2500.. should be good for 5k and you can set the gain a bit lower to be safe

    i really dont see a point getting an expensive NS1 to run it at 2 ohms.. not unless your looking to get a second sub to run it at 1ohm.. you already have what you need just need to get the batteries and run it at .5 ohms.. you can even buy another saz2500 and run a amp per coil.. shit will be banging and that sub loves the abuse
