      Idk what it may be exactly, but I wouldn't say only downloading from Steam would do that.

      Try something like netlimiter. Limits the applications bandwidth use rather than the steam settings which always seem patchy.

      Opened steam for the first time in months and it killed my net also, and required a reboot just to get the net back for everything else.

    had a weird squeek coming from my wall. Thought maybe a slinkied a coil or something. Turns out half the screws in one sub had unscrewed about 4 threads. sub was sticking out about 1/4".

    hmmm, power outage with thre twin screw extruders running in two separate plants. Running around around resetting inverters and hoping we can fire up without a teardown. Also, success.

    just realized when i set my 4 channel for my tweets last year, i never gain matched front and rear channels, same for the mids. Gonna have to remedy that.
