Trunk space! A little, but more then you probably thought Tomorrow i will fiberglass the side panels to make them strong, they will be removed/reinstalled many times so i need them to be sturdy.1 point

This piece that was cut out actually goes back in and covers the plexi. I WILL have some usable trunk space when done. Not much but some! It should look super clean but have a few panels i can remove to show the goods when i want too In case you didn't notice, the ML system was relocated. It was in the way where it was. SIDE PIECES coming soon. I have a million things to do to complete this trunk but at least i am making progress! FYI: This is a ALL picture, no chat post (UBL)...to leave a comment, click this link! http://www.stevemead...2/page__st__440 thanks!1 point

the tanks had to be raised up and i used the top of the "tunnel" as a good spot to re-mount them. Threaded inserts always make for a secure attachment. as you can see, once air comes in from the vents from the triple fans, it goes into a chamber below this. This thing has the bigger fan which grabs the air, shoots it over the amps, and then out the other side of the car. It really works great! Trying to find the shape of the inside of the trunk. This is oldschool way of doing it but still works good1 point

The bigger fans are pulling air from the chamber created below the tanks. It will make sense in a few more pictures. Time to tunnel-ram the air over the top of the amp chamber.1 point

Lets see... 2 bus bars at approx 1lb each (for argument's sake) = 32oz x $1574.60 = $50,387.20 for gold bus bars... For Silver, make it $907.52 (these are just trading prices... weekend trading prices at that) For Aluminum (scrap price $0.89 PER POUND, lets triple it for retail) So $5.34 but I'm sure it costs more than that Doesn't make much sense to put more cash into the bus bars than the rest of the system. But do what you want, I won't judge EDIT: Platinum bus bars would be cheaper than gold, $48,888.1 point

lol those guys do not know anything about car audio. I remember when I was younger they had a myth about subwoofers breaking a winshield. they used one huge (3 foot?) subwoofer and also had a sunroof of some sort. they called the myth busted. not sure if they understood the concept of multiple subwoofers and ton of watts. doubt they would attempt the myth again considering the cost of the myth lol1 point
