Don't mind helping people, especially noobs actually trying to learn. But, I kinda hate being the middle man as far as finding gear and deals for the kid. I wish he would just give me a budget to work with, instead of having to okay every deal I find for him. It is gonna slam though LOL.

A quote by Hany Rambod when asked about all the professional trainers and 'gurus' currently out there: "First of all I don't think there are hundreds of gurus out there; there is a handful. I think there are a lot of online guys that are famous because they spend a lot of time online. Sure they can be good at what they do, but unless you are out there getting people ready for shows and you are constantly working in this area you are an armchair warrior in my opinion. There ar...

My point was aimed at the "pros" in the Health and Fitness section. Hany and few others have created the past 20 years of Mr Olympia contenders, while other fake gurus claim they are such because they have a ton of likes. Proof is in the pudding LOL.
-
Mr. Olympia uses full range drivers with whizzer cones. He don't know audio...

Bet Hany runs funky pups on power acoutsik BAMF5500s

Can anybody else test or confirm this; Decaf zips 12-15 flex my car more but sound quiet, while 18-20 get loud as fuck with hardly any flex. I haven't gone through every song of every zip, just something I noticed today while demoing.

Is this also into the the 20's and 30's? Or just in the teens? I noticed differences in zips also
-
Like I stated before, I only noticed the difference in the aforementioned zips. I will check all the others, in order to keep consistent data.
-
I can confirm this from my experience. Some songs are louder and some are more flexy. Yet they use the same frequencies.

Just got an encouraging email. I am being considered for 'substation site rep' positions in the company I applied for. I guess there is something about my resume they like, because thats a position higher than what I applied for.

Good deal!

It is cool, but until I get an interview offer, can't get hopes too high. Just keeping my fingers crossed.

I think I hurt my Mayhem. Its making a noise that sounds like knocking on wood on certain notes. Its not popping, its not bottoming out, it actually makes a sound like if you knocked on an empty box with your knuckles. Triple joint has been suggested. FFFFFFUUUUUUUU............

Check that the magnet is secured to the basket. Mine made the exact sound you are describing just before the screws backed out
-
I mean if it's bad enough at low volume, then it's plausible haha
-
I can't say it enough times, everybody has to have a dash cam. My insurance rates just went up $200 (per 6 months) because my collision was declared 50/50 at fault. That bitch fucking hit me and got away with it, straight up bullshit.

What size MicroSD card do you use? think Im going to buy a few
-
Just a 16GB. It automatically overwrites at the end. You can choose between 2, 5, and 10 minute segments.
-
awesome thanks
-
New sub is finally here! Even with all the math i've done, it's size is making me second guess if it actually going to work. Im off Friday, we will see.

I just creamed myself. The AutoClub Dragway has reopened at the Fontana Speedway. There was alot of drama from the public, but its back!!! In addition, my wifes good friend has become a certified smog tech and is about to open a shop.

Worked 10 hours this week LOL., partly due to school, partly due to payroll cuts. Target is struggling big time.

Tell me about it Ken, they gave me 10 hours this week and fucking 5 hours next week. Kind of bullshit is this.
-
Well I was scheduled for 20(which would have ended up near 30) but we had two trucks cancelled. They are sending us almost double loads, expecting it to get done in the same amount of time. Then, "giving us the day off" when teh trucks are "cancelled". I see through bullshit, though. They think we're stupid or something.
-
same thing they are doing here, instead of 4 nights with singles, it's 2 nights of doubles, and then they expect the work to get done before we have to take a lunch.
-
So fucking happy, exhaust has been swapped and my bitch is running better than ever. Now, do I try to sell and get a new Shelby? Or go big boost on this one? USAA's car buying service found me one under $60k including my options, only 45 miles from me.

-
Shelby all day. so sexy
-
but the mustang has given you such good memories... Think of all the things that have gone wrong in it!
-
The usaa price is not a firm price what tends to happen is they will guarantee you a car at xxx off from the dealer. Go to the next step with it and see. be prepared to get killed with offers though
-
Alright, Im not scared of much, but heights fucking suck. However, I have a foot in on a job building and inspecting substations and power lines in the southwest. That means i'd have to climb the towers. I get nervous just thinking about it, but its $45 and hour with a company vehicle. I need a second set of nuts LOL.

Heights don't bother me. Heights without safety equipment is what bothers me. You'll have safety equipment, no biggie. $45 an hour, I'd do lots for that.
-
Boom, southwest includes Cali LOL/
Snow, it is a biggie for me. My luck, the safety tether would fail.
-
Hey you like adrenaline rushes don't you? This might be just the ticket

Got a couple clips from my Ford visit uploading. Stay tuned.

All I can say is WOW ken... Those mechanics... Reference your over boost post... My god.
-
What really sucks is it happens all day, every day, all across the country.
-
Makes you wonder... Like those stats, example.. Every 9 seconds someone dies from "this" .... I wonder how often people get screwed over at a mechanic shop.
-
Why are most people in the auto repair field so fucking unethical? God damn, just fix the fucking car. No need to try and find other shit wrong, or blame the customer in an attempt to discount the warranty. Fucking scum. (I know this doesn't apply to 100% of mechanics, but gives the whole field a bad name)

It is. Sorry, I have a childish sense of humor.
