Yeah your right because my hooked the volt meter to the batt under to hood and it reads 14.4 and at the back it reads 13.5. I guess by the time the current reaches the volt meter its one through lots of wire resistance. well first you have to know where the wire is connected to. its the amp were its important, my epicenter is wired to the ignition source so thats why it reads less then what the battery really has.
