1/4" spiral upcut or downcut. Depending which way you want the dust flying. If you aren't going through the entire sheet in the first pass I'd use upcut or else it would compact the dust.

depending on the size of your panels six should be enough. If you have large panels over 48 inches you wont.

dude, im the exact way. i live in PA its in the 90s and its about 78% humid, subs and amp are hot, at night they are pretty warm. i feel like im not as loud in this damn weather. doesnt help i drop to high 11 volts
