      I'm keeping it as a spair. While far from perfect, it still works for starting/driving a car in a pinch. Or when I feel like dicking around with electricity :P

    First brake took like an hour. Second one took 10 minutes lol. It's really interesting the way drum brakes work I will say that

    Oil change today. Going to try the thickest oil I can for the temp -- 10w-40 vs. the 5w-30 I've been using. Hopefully it will quiet down the subaru piston slap a bit

      I do mine every 3k, 4k at the max, 10w 40 with a quart of lucas oil stabilizer or whatever it's called.

      I've gotten pretty fast at it. Just set my favorites then adjust from there. Buy yeah it would be nice to save the settings.

      My DEH-80PRS does that to an extent. It saves all the time alignment info and crossover settings. All that's left to do when you get power to it again is to re-do the EQ and put the colors back to what you want.
