You could try getting everything done through email but that would involve sending your credit card number (probably not the safest route). everytime I turn up the bass it will go into protect, if I have bass low its fine, I checked all the grounds my 4 channel amp is all fine still plays, voltage to the amp is 14.2. Only thing I haven't done is check the subs on my other amp yet.
